"Arcet Gold Program"
to our new and current customers! The benefits of the Gold Program
are yours when
you sign a Cylinder Gas Agreement.
The Gold Program is a package of special services and discounts
designed to
make your company more profitable and effecient - another reason why we should
be your number one choice in Welding Equipment,
Gas and Supplies.
The Program
When you sign a Cylinder Gas Agreement with Arcet and purchase
a significant
amount of your equipment and consumable needs from
us, you receive the
following goods and services at no extra charge!
Contract Pricing

We agree on set prices for gases and hold that price firm for
12 months.
Equipment Repairs
-
All repairs receive priority status
- 10% discount on labor on all welding equipment repairs
Equipment Rental Rate Discounts
- Automatic qualification for a 10% discount off published equipment
rental
rates.
For customers who regularly rent equipment, this 10% discount represents

Free Loan of Equipment

Free loan of replacement equipment while your equipment is in our service
shop for Warranty repair.

Safety Audits
- Arcet, at your request, will perform a safety audit of your facility annually. We will inspect
each welding work area for violations and recommend improvements. Your
company will be provided with a professionally prepared document that you can use
as a work order to correct any deficiencies discovered.
Equipment Instruction and Testing Services
Arcet employs a full time Certified Welding Instructor and a Certified
Welding Inspector. As a Gold customer you will receive one two-hour session
at no cost. Additional services can be offered at a 10% discount off the
normal rates. The services provided are:

Process Change Recommendations

Arcet, in conjunction with its core of vendors, is prepared to spend the
time necessary to evaluate your overall Equipment process and offer process
changes where it will make you more competitive and efficient.

Annual Manifold Inspections
(if applicable)
- Arcet will provide annual inspections on your gas manifold systems.
Emergency Deliveries at No Extra Charge
- Arcet will waive any special delivery charges for any after hours or weekend
delivery required by a Gold Customer.
